My Yummy Sunday entry for this week is the typical swedish roll cake… It’s one of my favorite roll cake here in Sweden. Very affordable…

When we celebrated our wedding anniversary, I cooked my husband’s favorite Filipino food which is beef calderita.
Here are the ingredients I used and the cooked beef calderita. This I would like to share to Yummy Sunday this week.
P:S: thanks to my sister Marlyn for writing all the needed ingredients for this beef calderita. She did this when she was here one year ago (on our wedding day)… thank you so much sis.
There some things that I could not find here in Sweden and sometime I felt so bad thinking that I cannot have it. For instance, I really like Mountain Dew soft drinks since I could remember and when I found out that there are no such soft drinks here in Sweden, I felt so bad especially when I’m craving for it.
My husband tried to find some store where we could buy this Mountain Dew. To our lucky, when we drove to Germany, we found Mountain Dew there. To my excitement, I bought 5 cases. It’s 120 cans of Mountain I have at home. I’m crazy of it that I even budget drinking ..hahah
I just want to share this to yummy sunday…
It’s our wedding anniversary today. We just celebrated it simple at home.
I cooked our lunch and hubby bought small cake. Our yummy wedding anniversary cake is perfect for Yummy Sunday.
An Indonesian food I ordered when we had our 11 hours stopover in China last month. It’s really yummy food and it’s perfect for yummy Sunday.

It’s my come back entry for this week. I’ve been far for few weeks. I’m happy to be back here on Yummy Sunday.
As you know guys, I just came home last Monday from our Philippine vacation. It was a happy and memorable (as always) vacation for me and my husband. The first thing we did when we came to Philippines was to eat donut. Donuts are always our favorites. Here was our ordered at Mr. Donut. I’d love to share this for our Yummy Sunday.

I’m very excited of our upcoming vacation but I will never miss my entry for Yummy Sunday this week.
Before anything else, I would like to ask an advance apology for I might be not able to post next week. I’ll be having vacation in my hometown and I don’t know yet if I can have time to open my blogs there. I might be very busy entertaining visitors or visiting my friends, relatives and neighbors. But I promise to join the Yummy Sunday every possible time.
Anyway here’s mine for this week. chicken Calderita cooked of course by me. One of my hubby’s Filipino foods favorite.
My Yummy Sunday entry for this week is the yummy “PALABOK”. I really make sure that I eat palabok every time I’m in Philippines. I cannot do it here in Sweden because I cannot find all ingredients here.
