As the continuation about my sister, Marlyn.
In her teenagers life, she was the simpliest and feminine girl among her friends (barkadas) and yet she was the most beautiful and smart one. She used to be with her friends who are well know in our society and little bit high in the society…in short social friends. But she managed and kept her simplicity which lots of guys really likes her and wanted to be their girl friend.
When she was in her secondary stage (high school), she used to be part of any event, in which it must have beauty and brain. She was always as the muse or queen of the events which made her more well known in school.
But being her sister i felt uncomfortable and uneasy to be with myself. Of course they would expect me same as my sister and everything i did, they always compared me to Marlyn which it was pressuring to me.
Of course i made my own good records also for them to remember me as i am and not comparing to my sister. In short they would remember us in our different and unique ways.
Ohhh how amazing to remember our teenagers life. More on Marlyn on my next post. Happy weekend everyone.
My parents love story was quite like Cinderella. My father was very proud of our entire family and he said that he would die without us.
My father’s younger stage of life was the dreamed to those who had same age as him. He was the cutest and handsome in his province. He’s been the smartest one, the rich one and could have all what he wanted to have. He was everything could girls ever have.
My mother was the opposite one. She just a simple teenager who didn’t able to finish her high school due to poverty. She was starting to help her parents at early at her age and she was working in the farm where the owner was my father.
My mother was a little bit difficult to court with. She was uneasy to entertain suitors and she didn’t even one to have a boyfriend because she could just want to be single forever. She was the most challenging and brave woman in their place.
Due to these behaviors that my mother had, my father was challenged to court and wanted to win her love. In some ways my father’s parents bet him and challenged him to at least have good friendship to my mother.
And was the story starting…on my next post…
